Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Orders are not processed on public holidays.
- During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping & Delivery Time
We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Estimated delivery time after your order has been processed:
- Worldwide: 5–12 business days
- Remote regions may require additional time.
Delivery time does not include the 2–4 day processing period.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- You can track your package on our website via the "Track Order" page.
- Important: Please allow 1–2 days for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system. If your tracking number doesn't work immediately, don't worry—it's on its way!
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Contact us immediately at info@relumni.com.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.
- If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address or refund the order.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once a new shipping fee is paid.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to wrong or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once the package is shipped, it is in the hands of the courier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delivery delays
- Missed delivery attempts
However, we will assist you in contacting the courier and opening an investigation if your package does not arrive.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check:
- Your mailbox
- Your front door
- Neighbors
- Your local courier office
If still not found, contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
- They are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- War/conflict zones
- Countries with blocked courier services
- PO Boxes in certain locations (depending on courier)
If your address cannot be shipped to, we will contact you for an alternative.
Order Not Received
If you have not received your order within 25 business days from shipment:

- We will investigate the issue with the courier
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer:
- A free replacement OR
- A full refund
